Q: HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
- Most orders ship within 2 - 3 business days unless your wholesale order includes pre-order items.
- Pre-ordered items will ship as they are received.
- The estimated delivery dates will be listed on our pre-order page.
- If there are out of stock items on your order, we will either back order the items for you or contact you for a replacement depending on your wholesale account preferences, which can be set here: Account Preferences
If you have a special event or firm delivery date please let us know asap!
Q: I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PACKAGE, WHO SHOULD I CONTACT?
Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing (3-5 days on International order processing). Once your order has been processed you will receive an email with your tracking information in it. If you're still concerned your order may have gone missing, simply email us & we'll look into it for you.
Q: WHY DOESN'T MY TRACKING NUMBER WORK?
Your tracking number won’t be recognized until approximately 24 hours after your order has shipped. This is just the time required for online tracking systems to update. Try tracking your package again the following day-it should work by then.
Q: I RECEIVED MY ORDER BUT ITEM(S) WERE MISSING?
If you were billed for the item but did not receive it, please let us know right away, we are happy to fix any errors.

Your shipping price will be determined by the weight of your order, the shipping destination & the carrier you choose.
Q: HOW MUCH WILL I PAY FOR TAXES & DUTIES?
Certain countries charge additional customs fees and/or additional independent carrier charges. Too Fast can not anticipate these costs. You will be responsible for them. You may want to contact your local customs office to find out what kinds of fees you can expect.
Q: CAN YOU MARK MY ORDER AS A GIFT?
